Etter min lille etterlysning på Ancestry.com sitt message-board for New Brunswick, Canada har jeg funnet enda en slektsforskerengel på denne jord:
My guess is that he was in the Marine (Seamen's) Hospital in Douglastown then. There is a good chance there isn't a gravestone to mark his grave, but perhaps there was a specific cemetery where sailors were buried if they were from another country. I am going to send this information to my cousin who lives in the Miramichi area to see if she will call or visit the historic site of the Marine Hospital and try to determine if any records exist. I plan to visit Miramichi next month so if she finds anything, I can go and take a few photos for you. I'll keep in touch.
